About the Role

The Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CRM Associate to join its team. This role involves administering the CSIS Customer Relationship Management system, including Broadcast Email System and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the CRM system.
  • Assist in administration of broadcast email system.
  • Assist in administration of CLM System.
  • Perform audits to ensure accuracy and proper use of documentation and supporting resources.
  • Generate and analyze reports from Salesforce based on business needs as requested by programs and fundraising teams.
  • Maintain a clean and valid set of contacts in the CRM.
  • Automate cleanup and dedupe tasks on CRM as much as possible.
  • Develop and maintain user accounts.
  • Assign managers within each program for CRM and email management system.

Requirements:

  • B.A./B.S. in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of progressive experience working with CRM database(s).
  • Minimum 1 year administering a CRM database.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Lightning is required.
  • Experience with Pardot is preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical skills are emphasized.
  • Ability to work closely and cooperatively with a range of individuals with diverse interests, backgrounds, dispositions, and staff levels.
  • Salary Range: $60,000-$65,000 per year based on experience.
