Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to sell in existing and new markets and acquire new clients.
- Identify, evaluate, and execute new business opportunities aligned with the company's overall strategy.
- Stay on top of industry trends and analyze market data to spot opportunities for Pivot to help companies.
- Negotiate and close deals, managing the initial SOW/MSA through procurement to purchase and partnering with our internal team along the way – eventually transitioning the client to our internal practice leads.
- You are a natural connector, with a strong and constantly growing network.
- You're good, really good at driving relationship-based sales and market growth, with a proven track record of success in new business development – particularly within professional services.
- You're a self-starter who will passionately pitch Pivot Strategies and build strong relationships with clients - understanding their unique needs and collaborating with our awesome team to craft solutions tailored to the client.
- You have at least 7-10 years of experience in business development, working on big accounts in small to mid-sized companies.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent work experience.
- You have outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- You are passionate about your work and equally passionate about being part of the Pivot team and contributing to the agency's growth.
- You are comfortable in an agile environment and can adapt to anything - change is constant in consulting.
