Job Title: Director, Business Intelligence

At 3Si, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Business Intelligence to lead our Business Intelligence team. As a key member of our Product team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support our existing and future product and service offerings for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute on the Business Intelligence strategy in alignment with department and organizational objectives.
  • Provide leadership and vision in the areas of data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence.
  • Partner with Client Success and Product teams to identify opportunities for product conversion based on ad-hoc analysis, trends, and themes.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Business Intelligence team, including data analysts, engineers, and developers.
  • Establish key performance indicators and metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of Business Intelligence and data initiatives.
  • Conduct exploratory analysis of source data from clients and help architect integration across complex data systems in the implementation of CUSP products in client cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Oversee data management and governance to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, data science, computer science, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Seven or more years' experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field with at least three or more years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Expertise in visualization tools, SQL, and data warehousing.
  • Extensive experience with cloud platforms and big data technologies.
  • Proficiency in statistics and experience in integrating and analyzing complex datasets to support executive decision-making.
  • Solid ability to problem-solve and operate with analytical ambiguity.
  • Strong consultative and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
