Responsibilities
As a Physical Education Teacher at Bancroft, you will be responsible for assessing students' individual abilities and creating Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) as related to Health and Physical Education. You will design and implement individualized student goals, utilizing curriculum and clinical resources, and develop and adapt creative teaching strategies to address each student's unique needs and abilities. You will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to each child's educational journey.
Qualifications
We are seeking a qualified Physical Education Teacher with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Education and standard state certification in Health and Physical Education. You will have a strong ability to think outside the box and adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs, as well as excellent collaboration and communication skills. You will be committed to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment for students with diverse challenges.
