Job OverviewGuidepost Montessori is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Child Care Teacher to join our team at the infant level. As a Lead Guide, you will create and lead a model classroom, providing a high-quality Montessori education to children. Our team of trained Montessori Mentor Teachers will be available to lead professional development, provide feedback, and help develop your skills further.

Requirements
  • An associate degree or higher in early childhood education or childcare from an institution of higher education
  • Experience with the appropriate age group in a group setting, such as daycare, aftercare, or nursery
  • A passion for guiding children to be independent and a willingness to partner with parents on their child's journey
  • A commitment to taking pride in your work and getting energized and inspired by working with children
