Position Overview:
Healthcare Support Permanent Placement is actively seeking a skilled Radiation Therapy Specialist to join a dynamic healthcare team.

Job Responsibilities:
As a Radiation Therapy Specialist, your primary duties will include:
1. Administering ionizing radiation to patients as directed by physicians, ensuring adherence to departmental standards and regulatory guidelines.
2. Contributing to the operational objectives of the Radiation Oncology Unit while enhancing patient care quality.

Work Schedule:
Multiple shift options available, ensuring flexibility and work-life balance.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- ARRT Registered Technologist - Radiation Therapy certification.
- An Associate of Science in Radiation Therapy or a related field with appropriate certification.
- A foundational understanding of the technical and theoretical aspects of Radiation Oncology.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $41 – $53 per hour, commensurate with experience, along with:
- A sign-on bonus of up to $12,000.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Retirement plan with employer matching contributions.
