We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Professional to join our team at Just 4 Kids Health. As a key member of our interdisciplinary approach to pediatric care, you will assess, diagnose, and treat children and adolescents with mental, social, or emotional disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with pediatricians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to children and adolescents, addressing a range of issues including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
  • Collaborate with families to educate them on how to support their child's mental health and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community resources and organizations to ensure seamless referrals and support for patients.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of innovative mental health programs and services.
Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field, such as clinical psychology, social work, or counseling.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical setting, preferably in a pediatric primary care or urgent care environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Current licensure or certification in a relevant field, such as LPC, LCPC, or LCSW.
