The successful candidate will be entrusted with the meticulous collection, management, and reporting of all project-related documentation, including contracts, budgets, schedules, and meeting minutes. They will perform a wide range of analyst assignments and resolve recurring problems independently without close supervision. They will also support in the analysis of project financials and budgets, anticipate upcoming responsibilities or needs, and use initiative appropriately. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business related field and 3 years of experience in construction and project management. They will have strong personal computer working capabilities in MS Office and desirable Power BI knowledge. Key Responsibilities:

  • Meticulous collection, management, and reporting of all project-related documentation
  • Perform a wide range of analyst assignments and resolve recurring problems independently
  • Support in the analysis of project financials and budgets
  • Anticipate upcoming responsibilities or needs and use initiative appropriately
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal customers and ensure timely follow-through on all tasks and processes
  • Support in the communication with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis to review and clarify any issues
  • Keep frameworks files updated
  • Comply with all company and department policies and procedures
