Your Impact:

In this role, you will lead with a focus on performance, people, and processes, supporting the Retail Operations Manager by overseeing a skilled team of associates. You will be responsible for the shipment process, physical inventory, and all related inventory functions. Qualifications:

Successful candidates will be retail leaders with 1-2+ years of experience in attracting, developing, and motivating top talent in a dynamic environment. Additional qualifications include:

  • Proven track record in driving sales, interpreting data, managing budgets, and controlling expenses.
  • Experience in inventory management and executing merchandising strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Apple devices.
  • Strong organizational, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and expectations.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to walk, reach with hands and arms, and stand for extended periods.
  • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
  • May need to climb ladders and maintain balance.
