Job Summary


The UPS Store is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, product knowledge, and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities



  • Deliver world-class customer service to all retail customers, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of inquiries and issues
  • Process packages for courier shipment, operate equipment, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, and best-value options to customers, promoting sales and customer satisfaction
  • Take ownership of customer shipping needs, offering viable solutions and exceeding customer expectations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, UPS Store team members, and leadership, practicing good listening skills and effective communication
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends, continuously improving knowledge and skills

Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
  • Outstanding phone skills and verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math
  • Prompt, reliable, and responsible, with ability to lift 40+ pounds
  • Able to work 25-30 hours per week for a 7-day work week
