Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial cooking equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Service and Installation: Install and service commercial cooking equipment, including gas, electric, and steam systems.
  • Parts Management: Consult with our parts department to accurately identify recommended parts and maintain a well-stocked inventory.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Diagnose equipment problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions to determine the best course of action.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve service goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in commercial equipment repair or a related field.
  • Skillset: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to frequently kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, reach, and occasionally lift/carry up to 70 lbs.
