POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Senior Integrated Business Planning Analyst is responsible for leading the design, testing, implementation, and performance evaluation of Supply Chain Systems and Applications, collaborating with various business sectors. This role is essential for the deployment of new features and enhancements to existing tools that facilitate supply planning.

The incumbent will play a pivotal role in spearheading projects related to Integrated Business Planning tool functionality, aiding in the transition of users to new systems, creating process management frameworks, and resolving existing challenges. This position serves as a super user for supply planning, reporting, and deployment, with a comprehensive understanding of master data concerning MPS, DRP, and deployment planning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and execute testing for system upgrades, equipment modifications, or new system implementations to ensure successful requirement fulfillment.
  • Maintain and update all system-specific mappings and product coding.
  • Develop and support operational processing algorithms.
  • Inform business users about new functionality designs and system rollouts.
  • Collaborate with users to manage system settings affecting performance and data output.
  • Review current processes with users to identify opportunities for improvement and simplification.
  • Monitor and provide support as a Super User for Supply Planning, Manufacturing Planning, and Demand Planning functions.
  • Act as the primary liaison for build-related tasks with internal and external business partners.
  • Facilitate participation in all phases of system implementation, including requirements gathering, functional and technical design, system development, testing, and support.
  • Support business reporting and advanced analytics through the deployment of dashboards, supply trackers, and management tools.
  • Implement process redesigns and enhancements that promote efficiency and transparency based on current systems.
  • Serve as the liaison for all system-related matters within Supply Planning.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily. The following qualifications are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with SAP (SD/PP/MM) or equivalent systems is required.
  • Familiarity with Anaplan is preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL and/or Python is preferred.
  • Experience with PlanIQ and/or Machine Learning/Data Science is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the consumer-packaged goods sector is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and Supply Chain SAAS is essential.
  • Understanding of production, operations, and industry practices in consumer goods.
  • Background in supply chain management principles such as Production Planning, Purchasing, Forecasting, and Logistics.
  • Experience in training and developing team members on technical programs and tools.
  • Ability to architect solutions for existing or new models.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience with Power BI is preferred.
  • Ability to build trust and confidence through honesty and integrity.
  • Capability to plan and prioritize work to align with organizational goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective relationship management with internal and external partners.
