Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise all Security department operations to ensure compliance with laws and company policies, maintaining a high level of security and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement effective security strategies to prevent and respond to security incidents, ensuring the well-being of guests and staff.
  • Oversee regular property rounds and inspection schedules to identify potential security risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Document and track all security issues, coordinate with Risk Management to ensure a thorough and efficient incident response.
  • Develop and enforce security policies for equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and maintain security logs, conduct investigations into incidents, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage emergency procedures and drills, maintaining safety standards and ensuring the preparedness of Security personnel.
  • Supervise and train Security personnel, conduct in-service training and rotations to ensure they are equipped to handle various security scenarios.
  • Develop working relationships with law enforcement personnel, maintain key control and alarm systems to ensure seamless communication and response.
  • Provide statistics on incidents, accidents, and payroll records to support informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate package pass issuance and conduct bag and locker checks to maintain a secure environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Security Management or a related field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in Security or law enforcement supervision, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct Security personnel.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and security-related laws, with the ability to apply them in a practical setting.
  • Strong investigative skills, with the ability to work flexible hours and respond to security incidents as needed.
