Job Title: Environmental Services Manager in Training

Crothall Healthcare is a leading provider of specialized support services to the healthcare industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Services Manager in Training to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in environmental services management. As an Environmental Services Manager in Training, you will be responsible for supporting the management of environmental services operations, including safety, quality control, maintenance, and patient transport. You will work closely with our experienced team to learn the best practices of environmental services management and apply them in a real-world setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the management of environmental services operations, including safety, quality control, maintenance, and patient transport
  • Assist in the development and implementation of environmental services policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the environmental services team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in environmental services management
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work environment
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Associate Degree received by August 2024 or prior (required)
  • One year of customer service or related work or internship experience (preferred)
  • Willingness to relocate for the right role or advancement opportunity
  • Demonstrated financial acumen including profit and loss management, inventory, and cash handling skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally with peers, employees, clients, and customers
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
  • Basic understanding of contract administration and client relations
  • Basic knowledge of operating and maintenance instructions, safety regulations, codes and use of departmental policy and procedure manuals
  • Mechanical inclination
  • Competency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Driver's License (required for transportation roles)
