Role Overview:
The Regional Installation Supervisor will play a crucial role in supporting the Construction and Installation Manager by supervising jobsite activities, managing field teams, and ensuring that all installation projects meet our high standards of quality. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in project management and field supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee installation projects executed by Guldmann, Inc. employees and subcontractors.
- Supervise job sites, ensuring the performance and efficiency of both internal and external installers.
- Coordinate with facility personnel to ensure proper scheduling and timely project completion.
- Maintain Guldmann's quality standards across all installation projects.
- Provide regular updates to the Construction and Installation Manager regarding project progress.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Train and mentor field crews to enhance their skills and overall performance.
- Address and resolve any issues that may arise during installation projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing installation projects.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license.
Physical & Mental Requirements:
The role requires physical and mental resilience to perform duties in various environments, including the ability to handle stressors associated with operational and administrative tasks. Candidates should be able to frequently lift and move up to 70 pounds and be comfortable with various physical activities.
