Position Summary

The Senior Client Advisor at Alexander McQueen serves as a passionate representative of the brand, committed to fostering brand loyalty and transforming each client interaction into an unforgettable luxury shopping experience. Your expertise will not only inspire the team but also support store management in various operational activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding client service by welcoming, understanding, and assisting clients to surpass their expectations, showcasing in-depth knowledge of products and the brand's heritage.
  • Actively pursue cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store.
  • Build and nurture client relationships through personalized approaches, utilizing CRM and digital tools to enhance client loyalty.
  • Engage clients in discussions about current fashion trends and luxury market developments, demonstrating a genuine passion for fashion.
  • Strive to exceed personal sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Encourage open communication among team members, fostering a collaborative environment and proposing effective solutions when necessary.
  • Maintain a mindset of continuous learning by seeking and embracing feedback from colleagues and management.
  • Ensure shop floor standards are upheld and that product levels are maintained in accordance with company policies.
  • Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
  • Adhere to grooming standards in line with brand policies.
  • Comply with company procedures regarding visual merchandising, operational guidelines, inventory management, and reporting activities.
  • Assist management with daily operations, including floor management and stock processes.
  • Support the development of the team through mentoring and buddying initiatives.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of company policies and provide assistance to fellow Client Advisors as needed.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Ability to embody the core behaviors of Alexander McQueen.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the fashion retail or customer service sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing individual and store KPIs.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong sales capabilities and adeptness at overcoming objections.
  • Client-focused mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of luxury products and keen interest in fashion trends and social media.
  • Proficiency in using digital retail tools and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to be mobile for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift packages weighing up to 10 lbs. regularly.
