About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Business Growth Leader to join our dynamic team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and fostering strategic partnerships that align with our mission of providing innovative and high-quality solutions to support national defense.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage your expertise in market analysis, business development, and strategic planning to identify new opportunities and develop comprehensive business strategies.
  • Lead initiatives that enhance our market position and drive business growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, program management, and senior leadership, to ensure that our business development efforts are aligned with our strategic objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the client's mission and strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and enhance market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and customers.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver proposals, presentations, and other business development materials.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience managing DoD programs and acquisitions.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management supporting the DoD.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting financial reporting and budgets.
  • Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Science, or Engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Science, or Engineering.
