Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating AOI and Rework department equipment, selecting data from databases, and performing rework using Trace Welding equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Select data from database per work instructions
  • Scan and verify cores and panels using acceptability criteria found in the AOI inspection and rework instructions
  • Perform Rework using Trace Welding equipment
  • Ability to work overtime as requested


Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of PCB manufacturing experience
  • Knowledge of IPC Standards within the scope of Inner Layer and Outer Layer defects
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work around chemicals
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must understand basic math


Working Conditions:
  • Working up to 8 hours of overtime per week
  • Working weekends
