**Key Responsibilities**
• Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
• Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
• Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to inform business decisions and drive growth
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
**Requirements**
• 1 year of experience in a retail management role
• 1 year of management experience preferred
• High school education required; some college preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical requirements include standing for up to 8 hours, carrying up to 40 pounds, and climbing ladders
