In this dynamic position, you will support our clients in navigating the complexities of revenue cycle management, ensuring seamless execution and timely resolution of medical records-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retrieval and submission of medical records through various systems.
- Timely response to emails and telephone messages as required.
- Maintaining confidentiality of patient information and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience navigating Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on your location, experience, and qualifications.
