Manufacturing Operator 2nd Shift

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operator 2nd Shift to join our team at Estée Lauder Companies. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our manufacturing equipment and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate packaging equipment during production runs and perform basic mechanical troubleshooting.
- Perform in-process quality checks, manual filling and packaging, and loading machinery with components.
- Assist the mechanic in basic set-ups and changeovers for packaging and process equipment.
- Communicate closely with the Mechanic, Process Coordinator, and Supervisor to ensure the resource is running effectively.
Requirements:
- Preferred 6 months of packaging operator experience.
- Must be safety-oriented and able to perform a variety of tasks, including equipment changeovers and technical operation of packaging equipment.
- Must be able to display basic mechanical and technical skills, read, write, and communicate in English, and work effectively in a team environment.
- Must be detail-oriented, demonstrate leadership and interpersonal skills, and be able to lift 50 pounds.
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of $18.00-$20.00 per hour.
