Job Description: Strategic Grants and Compliance Manager

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage the life cycle of government grant administration. The successful candidate will work closely with senior staff to ensure compliance with federal regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage pre-award and post-award activities for government grants, including financial reconciliation processes and effort reporting.
  • Analyze current policies and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies and other stakeholders to stay up-to-date on new funding opportunities and guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional written and oral communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in federal grant administration, including pre- and post-award administration.
  • Grants.gov, Research.gov, G5/G6 experience.
  • Knowledge of federal regulations, agency policies, and procedures that govern grant awardees.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $85,000 annually, along with flexible schedules, paid time off, medical benefits, parental leave, technology subsidies, and retirement savings plan options.
