Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Patient Service Representative to join our team at First Choice Community Health. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care by greeting patients, checking them in and out, and ensuring accurate and complete patient information is entered into our practice management system.
  • Provide patients with necessary forms and ensure they are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member, while also scheduling patient appointments and verifying patient information.
  • Assist with medical record maintenance, including establishing new patient records and filing documents in the correct order.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as running reports, balancing the cash drawer, and completing daily deposit slips.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced office environment.
Requirements
  • High school graduate with two years of medical or dental clinic front desk operations experience.
  • Must speak Spanish fluently and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Working Conditions

The work environment is moderate, with occasional exposure to noise and stress. The ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality is essential.
