Edwards, Inc. is a leading industrial general contractor providing comprehensive construction services. We are seeking an experienced Industrial Mechanical Field Superintendent to join our team in Spring Hope, NC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site functions to ensure efficient productivity, material usage, and equipment operation.
  • Provide technical assistance, including interpretation of drawings and construction methods.
  • Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures, documenting violations and notifying project management.
  • Communicate with client representatives and other contractors.
  • Perform additional assignments as directed by the supervisor or project manager.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial mechanical construction projects.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to safety.
  • Ability to effectively manage a 10-person crew.
Additional Requirements:

The successful candidate will also possess:

  • Ability to read blueprints, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, Bluebeam, and Procore.
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
