Client Experience Specialist

At Faster Way to Fat Loss, we're committed to delivering exceptional client experiences that drive long-term success. As a Client Experience Specialist, you'll play a critical role in fostering strong relationships with our clients, coaches, and community members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication: Provide world-class service to current clients, coaches, and community members through multiple channels of communication.
  • Prospect Engagement: Engage in multi-platform outreach to nurture prospects and drive growth of new client and VIP programs.
  • Membership Management: Proactively communicate with clients who wish to modify their membership status.
  • Customer Service: Deliver consistent high-quality customer service experiences, resolving customer complaints within two hours.
  • Account Management: Review client accounts, providing updates on billing, shipping, warranties, and other account items.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance client services and brand awareness.
  • Client Feedback: Analyze client feedback on cancellation reasons and implement solutions to retain clients.
  • Process Documentation: Document processes and log technical issues, client compliments, and complaints.
  • Industry Insights: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new CRM technologies, informing management of relevant findings.
