Client Experience Specialist

The Client Experience Specialist plays a vital role in fostering a positive and engaging experience for our clients, coaches, and community members. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of client engagement channels, and a passion for delivering world-class service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to current FASTer Way clients, coaches, and community members
  • Engage in multi-platform outreach to nurture prospects and drive growth of new client and VIP programs
  • Proactively communicate with clients regarding membership status changes
  • Deliver consistent high-quality customer service experiences
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, text, and/or email in a timely manner
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers
  • Review customer accounts and provide updates on billing, shipping, and other account items
  • Report and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client services and brand awareness
  • Align client experience strategies with marketing initiatives
  • Identify client needs and take proactive steps to maintain positive experiences
  • Analyze client feedback on cancellation reasons and implement retention strategies
  • Document processes and log technical issues, client compliments, and complaints
  • Assist in informing management of industry trends and new CRM technologies
