Job Title: Traveling Commercial Superintendent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Traveling Commercial Superintendent to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

* Manage on-site teams, including schedules, progress, and resources
* Create cost estimates for labor, supplies, and materials
* Collaborate with clients and members of the management team
* Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers
* Create schedules for workers and subcontractors
* Hire additional subcontractors and assign work accordingly
* Maintain daily logs for the job site's operations and report to management

Requirements:

* Effective leadership skills, including motivation, goal-setting, and conflict resolution
* Strong communication skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening
* Planning and organization skills, including design execution, resource allocation, and contingencies
* Knowledge of construction budgeting best practices and local, state, and federal construction regulations
* Problem-solving and decision-making skills
