Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage on-site teams, ensuring schedules, progress, and resources are aligned with project goals.
  • Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for labor, supplies, and materials.
  • Collaborate with clients and management to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Create and manage schedules for workers and subcontractors.
  • Hire and assign subcontractors as needed to meet project demands.
  • Maintain a detailed log of job site operations and report to management regularly.
  • Implement cost-effective and efficient management techniques to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

  • Effective leadership skills, including motivation, goal-setting, and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
