Power Systems Specialist

At Ohio Machinery Co., we're seeking a highly skilled Power Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive technical problem-solving assistance to our employees and customers in the generator/power generation, switchgear, and electrical markets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical functional areas, practices, and processes, with excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills. They will be able to analyze, research, develop, design, organize, and implement solutions to ensure customer satisfaction in these markets.

Responsibilities will include providing technical information support inside and outside of the company, with frequent in-territory travel expected. The successful candidate will also assist with the development and delivery of career path training for service technicians.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree from a fully accredited college in a closely related field, a minimum of seven years of directly related experience, and a thorough knowledge of Caterpillar power generation products and OEM equipment, operations, and parts.
