As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for assembling and testing conveyor equipment, ensuring high-quality products that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble conveyor equipment by following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Responsible for final system assembly and testing to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Operate hand and power tools, as well as fabrication equipment, to assemble and test equipment.
  • Apply established safety protocols and quality control measures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to identify and address any equipment defects or issues.
  • Conserve resources and supplies to minimize waste and optimize production.
  • Adhere to attendance policies and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Work flexible schedules, including overtime, weekends, and holidays, as required.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in assembly and testing.
  • Basic understanding of electrical procedures and strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Knowledgeable with hand and power tools, as well as fabrication equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to lift materials up to 48 pounds and work for extended periods, mostly standing.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working in a Lean environment.
  • At least one year of mechanical assembly experience.
  • Familiarity with conveyor line applications.
