Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Managers to identify software backlog requirements, prioritize tasks, and define release themes.
- Draft Scrum user stories that outline new feature capabilities to guide the software development lifecycle.
- Present software functionalities during iteration and stakeholder review meetings, integrating feedback into product backlogs.
- Act as the primary contact for the development team regarding acceptance criteria for features under development.
- Contribute to user interface design for tools, features, and capabilities being developed in ArcGIS Pro.
- Create and execute test plans; develop and manage testing datasets (N-path testing, acceptance testing, regression testing).
- Develop automated testing procedures.
- Produce user guide documentation.
- Serve as a technical liaison to practice teams and solution engineers.
- Conduct technical reviews of user guide documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and usability.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field (software development, GIS, IT, architecture/AEC).
- Proficiency with ArcGIS Pro; familiarity with ArcGIS Enterprise, Online, and Mobile.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of GIS data management practices.
- Knowledge of Indoor GIS concepts.
- Bachelor's degree in GIS, information systems, IT, geography, computer science, or a related STEM field.
- Experience with/knowledge of the following:
- Participating in a software development team utilizing the Scrum methodology.
- Working with 3D data - CAD/Autodesk, BIM/REVIT.
- Testing and composing test plans.
- Creating user assistance documentation and user stories.
- Serving as a Scrum Product Owner.
- Utilizing building scanning technologies and methodologies.
- Enterprise Geodatabases (SQL Server, Oracle) and multi-user editing.
- Data modeling and spatial models.
- Python programming.
