Johns Hopkins University is seeking an experienced Sr. Medical Office Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Division Medical Director, Clinic Manager, Fellowship program staff, and associated research labs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating complex calendaring, arranging meetings, depositions, court appearances, speaking engagements, and attendance at local, national, and international meetings. This includes managing all travel arrangements for the Medical Director and fellows, handling communications with conference organizers, preparing itineraries, conference registration, travel and hotel arrangements, and expense reports for reimbursements.
- Manages calendars, coordinates meetings, and arranges travel.
- Ensures timely reimbursement for business-related expenses.
- Maintains confidential records and files.
A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but not required. Three years of progressively responsible medical office experience is necessary, with additional education potentially substituting for one year of required experience.
