• Participate in professional organizations and collaborate with state and regional groups to enhance enrollment initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree preferred, with a strong background in organizational and data systems management.
  • Experience in PowerFAIDS and ability to interpret complex rules and regulations.
  • Strategic thinking and excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to large crowds.
  • Minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience in Financial Aid, preferably in a private institution of higher education.
