This position is with a well-established publicly traded semiconductor firm seeking a Senior or Principal Test Engineer specializing in MEMS technology. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in Test Systems Development, MEMS, Mixed Signal Analog, PCB-Level Circuit design, and automated test equipment (ATE) for Analog Integrated Circuits. This role offers an exciting chance to contribute to cutting-edge products in the Semiconductor and MEMS sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop software and hardware for the production testing of Mixed Signal or MEMS Devices.
  • Create custom test boards and probe cards through board-level design.
  • Oversee vendor management, troubleshooting, and hardware deployment to facilitate volume production.
  • Engage in algorithm development, board-level hardware design, and software validation on both custom and standard ATE platforms.
  • Collaborate with international Operations teams to implement test solutions in a production setting.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hardware debugging, test software development, and yield improvement.
  • A Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in automated test equipment (ATE) development for Mixed-Signal Integrated Circuits.
  • Strong programming expertise in C++.
  • Experience in precision Analog electronics and PCB-level circuit design.
  • Practical experience with electronic lab instrumentation.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with MEMS testing and Clock oscillator products.
  • Knowledge of MatLab and Python programming.
  • Background in yield analysis and cost optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
