Job Summary

The estimated annual salary for this role is $75,000. As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Maleko Personnel, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of products and services. Your responsibilities will include conducting quality control tests, inspections, and reports, as well as training team members on quality procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Perform Avid inspections and document findings.
  • Ensure all outgoing products have pictures/videos.
  • Control QRTN areas.
  • Maintain compliance with FDA regulations.
  • Distribute procedure training materials and document training.
  • Perform bid checks and ensure all locations/items are clearly labeled.
  • Review quality issues with the LV team and escalate/report serious issues to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Abide by company safety policies and participate in Safety Training.
  • Three years of related quality or lean manufacturing experience.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Recent experience and skills with ERP systems (Epicor, NetSuite, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to consistently present information and respond to high email/message volume.
