Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team at Bespoke Pharmaceuticals LLC in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Director of QA/RA with document management for quality compliance and operations.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and utilize your skills in document management, electronic quality management systems, and quality assurance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or chemical engineering and at least two years of experience in US FDA pharmaceutical quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage document workflow in Master Control electronic quality management system.
  • Author, review, and archive standard operating procedures, batch records, product release documents, and change management records.
  • Prepare training course materials based on existing standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  • Coordinate the review and approval of quality events and training records.
