Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team at Direcstaff. This role will involve working closely with technical leaders to develop and deliver innovative features for our cutting-edge gaming platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute test plans and cases for new and existing products, ensuring seamless integration with international development teams.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to meet functional, technical, and regulatory standards, driving business growth through exceptional delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and track bugs; assist with issue reproduction and provide feedback for continuous test improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of testing activities and results, facilitating informed decision-making and process optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant SQA experience, preferably in the casino gaming industry.
  • Proficiency in Visual Studio, C/C++, Linux/Unix/Windows, and Agile methodologies, as well as GLI 11 standard and SAS protocol testing.
  • Strong communication and time management skills, with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This position requires occasional travel to Europe, offering opportunities for professional growth and collaboration within a global context.
