Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Horizon Ventures. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and expanding your own customer base, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
- Provide proactive and responsive customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Process and manage customer orders, including special orders and quotes
- Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify sales opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives
- Completed vocational training with at least 2 years of professional experience in sales or customer service
- Proven sales and distribution skills, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems is an advantage
