Your Role:

As a Software Development Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You'll work closely with our cross-functional team to craft user experiences that are both intuitive and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software solutions using a variety of technologies, with a focus on scalability, latency, and resiliency.
  • Participate in architecture and code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to enterprise standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and prioritize project requirements, and contribute to the development of technical roadmaps.
  • Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and other software components that support our business initiatives.
  • Work closely with our DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and operation of our software systems.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to the development of our incident response processes.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of software development experience, with a focus on backend engineering.
  • Experience with ReactJS or similar frameworks, and a strong understanding of front-end development principles.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, and a strong understanding of API design principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Java or other backend programming languages.
  • Experience with developing APIs, and a strong understanding of API security principles.
  • Experience with automated testing tools, such as Playwright.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, and a strong understanding of DevOps principles.
