Job Description:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced American History tutor to join our team of online tutors. As a tutor, you will work with students in grades 9-12, providing one-on-one instruction and support to help them succeed in their American History classes.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality online tutoring sessions to students in grades 9-12
  • Develop and implement personalized lesson plans to meet the needs of each student
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other educators to ensure student success
  • Stay up-to-date with curriculum changes and developments in American History education

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in American History or a related field
  • 3+ years of teaching or tutoring experience in American History
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge of American History curriculum and pedagogy
