Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our team at Senior Helpers of the Treasure Coast. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our private duty home healthcare agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Services: Provide exceptional client service, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of care and support.
  • Caregiver Management: Select, schedule, and coordinate caregivers based on assessment and care plan information for new and existing clients.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Maintain accurate scheduling of caregivers, respond to scheduling conflicts, emergencies, and "call-outs", and ensure that the company schedule is complete for the next business day/weekend.
  • Record Keeping: Track and record instances of assignment refusals, call-outs, late arrivals, early departures, etc. in Soneto, and share information with the Director of Operations on a regular basis.
  • Compliance and Auditing: Assist in keeping caregiver files up to date, including tracking expirations of any licensing, insurance, etc. in Soneto, and audit time cards on a regular basis to ensure hours match scheduled hours.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of Case Manager experience and professional experience in the field of Customer Service and Management.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and communication skills, adaptable in different situations, possesses excellent client interaction skills, able to multi-task and work independently.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of general healthcare staffing requirements and experience using telephones with multiple lines, multi-tasking on several calls, and maintaining professionalism and patience in a fast-paced environment.
