Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Operations Specialist to join our team. This full-time, onsite role involves a commitment of five days a week, including two Saturdays each month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to our members, assisting them in navigating life's challenges.
  • Handle DMV transactions, cashiering duties, and support for auto travel, notary, and insurance sales.
  • Maintain compliance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Identify and propose solutions for process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
  • Ensure accuracy in cash handling, including making change and balancing the cash drawer.
  • Utilize strong computer skills for various administrative tasks.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with members and team members.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in sales or customer service roles.
  • Experience in sales, insurance, retail, service industry, call centers, or fast-paced office environments is advantageous.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to work in diverse office settings, requiring prolonged periods of standing, walking, or sitting.
  • Willingness to travel for business meetings or conferences as needed.

Compensation: This position offers a competitive hourly wage plus commissions, with expected annual earnings between $270 - $3,500 based on performance.

Additional Information: Bonding and fingerprinting may be required for this role.
