Monarch Casino Resort & Spa Black Hawk is seeking a skilled Restaurant Server to join our team. As a Restaurant Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Take and enter beverage orders promptly, and memorize and recommend food and beverage items to guests.
- Refill drinks and check on guests regularly to ensure their satisfaction.
- Address and escalate guest concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including clearing and setting tables, completing side work, and performing other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
- Excellent guest service and communication skills, with the ability to speak and write English clearly.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred knowledge of food service regulations and safety procedures.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, and use hands throughout the shift, with the ability to push and pull up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 45 lbs).
- Must be at least 18 years old and pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.
