Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide active supervision to ensure a positive customer experience, direct and redirect colleagues as needed, and support daily leadership priorities to optimize sales volume.
  • Issue Resolution: Manage customer service issues to completion, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Store Operations: Manage customer flow throughout the store on high-traffic days, reassign resources as needed, and lead store activities to ensure customer readiness and exceptional presentation standards.
  • Colleague Development: Role model building lasting customer relationships, provide fast feedback and redirection to colleagues, and recognize and reward excellent performance.
  • Store Opening and Closing: Execute store opening and closing procedures, including access to alarm systems and keys.
  • Workload Management: Manage workload reports, lead a process if necessary, and help build a proactive and solution-oriented customer-centric culture in the store.
  • Communication: Meet with sales and customer experience managers to monitor sales floor activities and support activities, provide feedback and contribute observations via SCX and OVM at colleague quarterly check-ins.
  • Technical Knowledge: Have practical knowledge of store systems, including POS, MPOS, RF equipment, MyClient, and MyStore App, and ability to educate others.
  • Colleague Support: Assist colleagues with timekeeping issues, resolve employee relations issues, and provide regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications and Competencies
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years related experience.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
  • Adaptability: Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Physical Requirements: Position requires prolonged periods of standing/walking around the store or department, frequent use of computers and other technology, and frequent lifting/moving up to 50lbs.
