  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Provide personalized insurance solutions to clients, including property and casualty, life, health, and annuities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and systems training team to achieve sales goals
Requirements
  • Property & Casualty license and Life, Health & Annuities license, or ability to obtain these with Virginia Farm Bureau providing and paying for licensing training materials/class
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Good time management skills and the ability to work independently
  • Prior sales experience (any industry) helpful but not required
  • Goal-Oriented and driven to succeed
