LPN Inpatient Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our inpatient team at Confluence Health. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to acutely ill patients, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assess patient needs, identify potential problems, and develop strategies to address them.
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide education to patients and families.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, promoting a positive and respectful environment.
- Graduate of an approved LPN program or currently enrolled in an RN program.
- Current nursing license in the state of Washington.
- Completion of hospital orientation program.
- Current certification in CPR.
- Previous experience in an inpatient setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
