We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team at Leoforce Home Health. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to children and young adults with special needs.
Responsibilities:- Assess patient conditions and chart effectively
- Perform evaluation tasks such as vital signs and medication review
- Provide physical support, including tracheostomy and gastrostomy tube care
- Offer private duty nursing services for children and young adults with special needs
- Paid case-specific training with an experienced LPN
- Specialty LPN training on tracheostomy and ventilators
- Flexible scheduling and a variety of shifts
- Medical insurance, dental, and vision options
- PTO for sick or personal leave
