Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence St. Joseph Health. As a Primary Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of caregivers in a long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate referrals to other members of the clinical support team
  • Supervise and lead a team of caregivers, including Shahbazim, to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Coordinate with families and physicians to ensure comprehensive care
  • Serve as the point of contact for elder information and provide education to patients and families
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Alaska Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 6 months of Nursing experience in a health care facility (acute care, long term care, rehabilitation center)
  • Supervision/leadership experience
