Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Seward Medical Center. As a Primary Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our residents in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Supervise and coordinate the care provided by Shahbazim and other team members.
  • Coordinate referrals to other members of the clinical support team, families, and physicians.
  • Serve as the point of contact for elder information and provide education to residents and families.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Alaska Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • 6 months of Nursing experience in a health care facility (acute care, long term care, rehabilitation center).
  • Supervision/leadership experience.
