Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  • Collaborate with the district manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a seasonal or holiday retail environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this role require the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and climb ladders. A flexible schedule and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment are essential.
